CA (Controlled Atmosphere) Lime is a finely milled pressure-hydrated dolomitic lime.

Key Benefits:

•Using our CA Lime in Controlled Atmosphere (CA) cold storage can significantly extend the shelf life of fruits and vegetables. It helps reduce spoilage and maintain product quality over longer periods.

Application:

•Simply place the specially designed CA Lime bags on racks or pallets within the cold storage area. The lime absorbs Carbon Dioxide, with the fine particles accelerating CO2 absorption to quickly bring your CA rooms to the desired conditions.

•Once the CA Lime has reached its absorption capacity, replace it to ensure continued CO2 management.
